Placing an order and completing payment on our website constitutes a binding sales contract under U.S. contract law.
For customized products (e.g., custom wall stickers, personalized aromatherapy labels), we will send a design confirmation email with mockups within 2 business days of your order. Production will only begin after we receive your written approval.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
- Insufficient inventory or product discontinuation.
- Pricing errors due to website technical issues.
- Invalid or incomplete shipping/billing information.
- Suspected fraudulent transactions (e.g., stolen credit cards).
- Failure to confirm customization details within 10 business days.
Cancelled orders will be fully refunded within 3 business days. For customized orders cancelled after production has started, a 20% production fee will be deducted from the refund.

Product descriptions, specifications (e.g., wall sticker size, aromatherapy scent notes, decorative item material), and images are for reference only. Minor variations (e.g., color shades due to screen display, scent intensity differences) are not considered defects as long as products meet CPSC safety standards.
Wall stickers are designed for smooth, clean surfaces (e.g., painted walls, glass, wood); we are not liable for damage to uneven or textured walls caused by sticker application or removal.
Aromatherapy products are for external use only; we are not liable for allergic reactions or misuse (e.g., ingestion, direct skin contact without dilution).
We are not responsible for dissatisfaction caused by personal preferences (e.g., decor style not matching room, aromatherapy scent not meeting expectations) or incorrect product selection.

Provide true, accurate, and complete information when placing an order (including custom design details and delivery instructions). You are responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect information.
Do not resell our products for commercial purposes without our prior written authorization (except for authorized retailers with a wholesale agreement).
Comply with all U.S. safety laws and regulations when using our products (e.g., keep aromatherapy products away from children and pets, follow wall sticker application instructions).
Refrain from fraudulent activities (e.g., false defect claims, repeated returns of used products). We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who violate these policies.

All content on our website (product images, descriptions, logos, decor design sketches, aromatherapy scent formulations) is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws and is owned by Ins Decor USA or its authorized licensors.
You may download or save website content for personal non-commercial use only. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reproduction of any content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., decor mismatches, scent dissatisfaction, additional costs due to delayed delivery) arising from the purchase or use of our products, provided the products meet safety and quality standards.
Our total liability for direct damages (e.g., defective products) shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected item.
We are not liable for order delays or failures caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, essential oil shortages, shipping carrier strikes) beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will offer affected customers the option of a refund or order modification.

Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of our products shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and our customer service team.
If negotiation fails, either party may initiate legal proceedings in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
