We offer shipping services to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam). All our products are eligible for PO box shipping, as they are lightweight and compact.

Order Tracking & Delivery Updates
- After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number and direct link to the courier’s website to monitor delivery status in real time.
- For customized products, we send production update emails (e.g., "Custom Wall Sticker Design Approved & Printed," "Personalized Aromatherapy Labels Applied & Ready to Ship").
- You can view your order status by logging into your account on our website. If tracking information is not updated for more than 5 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
Shipping Notes
- Aromatherapy Handling: All aromatherapy products are packed in leak-proof packaging to prevent spills during transit.
- Package Inspection: Inspect the outer packaging for damage before signing for delivery. If the package is dented or torn, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos, then contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement.
- Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day), shipping may be delayed by 1–2 business days. We recommend placing orders early for seasonal decor and aromatherapy gifts.
